Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to come in a certain number of times?

It's completely up to you. You can come in once, you can come in a few times, or you can come in often. However, no one will force you to come in if you no longer wish for the assistance. It all depends on your needs and what you are working on.

Can I come in for help even before I've written anything?

You sure can! Our consultants are here to help you in any way you need, even with selecting a topic for your work. The idea-generation stage is just as important as the drafting stage.

Is this service only for struggling writers?

All writers need readers, even skilled writers who want to refine their writing style. Our consultants could very well serve as your "reader" to give you a fresh perspective on your writing. This is especially helpful when you've reviewed your paper for the umpteenth time!

May I drop off my paper for you to proofread?

We really like to read through your paper with you. We find this is the most effective way to offer suggestions for revision and discuss your ideas together. Editing and proofreading them become part of this collaborative effort, one that needs your full participation.
